Join us Thursday, August 28th from 2 to 5 pm at the Black Cat Concert series (Dhaseleer Barn) in Charlevoix for the third and final cob oven workshop. We'll review the steps taken to build the timber frame base and oven, answer questions, and most importantly fire and bake in the oven. We'll cook pizza, bread, potatoes, pie and more! $5 cover.
Even better, plan to stay and enjoy the May Erlewine and Seth Bernard show from 7 to 10 pm. $12 for workshop participants.
